About Pick-up orders; About when to expect your order

NOTE: ALL orders for more than 500 plants MUST agree to accept substitutes. Until we get our new, bigger greenhouse built, it is simply not possible to arrange to have specific kinds and numbers of plant ready all at the same time.

We never substitute "down"; only sideways, or up.
